When people think of industrial style, they often associate it with lofts boasting oversized black metal windows, raw unfinished wood, and exposed bricks. To find its balance, we adopted a ‘sleek industrial style‘. 

Despite its simplicity and minimal design, the industrial concept manages to create a bold statement. The juxtaposition of modern versus timeworn makes for a great, layered, and considered statement, celebrating bare walls, architectural details, and the mechanisms of the building’s origins.

Flexibility is one of the key concerns when comes to limited spaces, that’s why we have the sliding panels split the open area into 3 zones, a sliding glass panel that can be used as a ‘whiteboard’ and a space-saving hidden shelf and the folding façade at the balcony act as the screen for privacy yet the round openings allowed the ventilation and penetration of natural sunlight, a naturally formed silhouette.
